Southcott XC has to date has had many thousands of horses ride the 2.5 km Cross-country course, which is set within 280 acres of beautiful rolling Devon farm and woodland.

The Cross Country course, Dressage and Show jumping arenas are regularly aerated to British Eventing Standards to ensure you have the best going possible on the day of the event.

Southcott XC is open for schooling & is currently taking bookings for the 2007/8/9 seasons.

The course changes on a regular basis so if you are a frequent visitor please DO expect to get caught out if you don't walk the course!

There is ample parking for any size of vehicle and toilets on site. Getting to us is very easy as we are straight off the main road, so no back lanes to tackle.

We offer a variety of courses which include:

A Mini Course with 15 jumps over approximately 1000 metres at 45cm(1ft6in) including the water jump.

Full courses which are 2500 metres and are from 70cm(2ft3in) to 110cm(3ft7in) including all the sizes between.

Local caterers are available for events if required.

Southcott XC are always looking for Volunteer Jump Judges/stewards (No experience necessary) to help with all of the 2008 seasons competitions and events.

Please email rosemary@southcottxc.co.uk if you could possibly make yourself available, to assist in judging at any of the years events (which are usually on a Saturday or Sunday).
