All Competitors,riders and/or their parents/guardians and any spectators give the absolute right and permission for any photograph and/or film or video or TV footage taken of absolutly any persons or horses taking part in the event to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of the event and/or the event`s official sponsors,southcottxc or any person so approved or appointed by them.
